DT Project for TupeloDesignsLLC - You are Loved

Hi friends. I'm back today with another DT project for TupeloDesignsLLC. Last week, I showed you this card using the Heart of Gold stamp set from Neat & Tangled. This week, I am using the same stamp set, although, in a much different way.

I was heavily inspired by this card from Kari. I stamped the heart image from Heart of Gold using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then got out several shades of my red Copic markers. I colored in each of the triangles but did not do any shading. I stamped a sentiment from a Paper Smooches stamp set and then went over the heart with a clear glitter pen.

I die cut the panel with the Large Dotted Rectangle Stackables from Lawn Fawn. I then added foam tape to the back of the panel and adhered it to my card base.

Love from our Home to Yours

Hi friends. I've got a love themed card to share with you today.

I started by taking my Bristol card stock and doing some ink blending with various shades of purple distress inks. This is my most favorite paper to use for ink blending as I find that it is so easy to blend the inks with this paper. It will show fingerprints so I always use a piece of scrap paper along the edges so that I'm not having to constantly go back and re-blend. 

I then die cut the panel using the Frames die from SSS and then used the same die cut to get the black scallop that the ink blended portion nestles into.  

My stamping comes from a Paper Smooches and Reverse Confetti sets. I added some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh as a finishing touch.

You make my Heart Melt

Hi friends -- thanks so much for stopping by today. For today's card, I started out by stamping my background panel with a fun background stamp from MFT. I then used a fun die from Lawn Fawn for the tree borders.

I just love the cute little snowmen from the Swanky Snowdudes set from Paper Smooches. I did some simple Copic coloring and then popped him up on a bit of foam tape.

My Coolest Friend

I love this cute snowman from Paper Smooches and wanted to create a fun wintry card. I used some patterned papers from Lawn Fawn and some fun dies from Simon Says Stamp. The main panel is popped up with foam tape for added dimension. And there you have it -- a fun wintery card.

Hello with Paper Smooches

I was able to get some watercolor card stock that Kay uses as her backgrounds are always so beautiful. I decided to start easy and I just took one color of distress ink and blended it onto the entire card panel but concentrating the color heavier up top and then fading down. 

I've been wanting to use this fun image from Paper Smooches and have tried to color it a couple of times without any real success. So I decided that I would just stamp it in black. I added just a touch of a cool gray Copic marker to add a bit of shadow to help ground the vase.
