A floral Hello

Friday, May 1, 2015

Hi friends. I have a fun floral card for you today featuring the Spring Blooms stamp set from Clearly Besotted. I made this card at the same time I made this one that I blogged earlier.

I had fun stamping all those flowers and then popping some of them up. Each of them got a generous dose of my clear Wink of Stella pen.

I also did something that I don't know that I've done before but have seen others do. I took my green ink pad and swiped it directly on some white card stock and so that my grass would match the stems from my flowers.  I then die cut it with a grassy border die.

Happy Friday!

My card is also for the current anything goes challenge at Sister Act Card Challenge and the anything goes challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge blog.

Inking the cardstock was a great idea. The colors are perfect. And how fun to make a card for challenges and not a DT. Beautiful...as always.
