Christmas Card Challenge #23 -- No embellishments

Sunday, May 4, 2014

I've got a fun card for you today for this week's challenge at Christmas Card Challenges where the optional challenge this week is to not use any embellishments.

Remember, however, that the only real rule to play along is to make a holiday or Christmas card.

I've used this super fun set from MFT to build my card. I'm thinking that I will make similar cards in other color palettes.
***Supplies***

As always, there is lots of inspiration to be had over at the challenge blog. Click here to check it out and to link up your holiday or Christmas card.

What a neat card, Alanna! I really like the die you used with the ornaments and then the embossed circles. Excellent work!

This card is awesome! I think you're right to try it in more colors, it is such a versatile design and I love the embossed dots on top.

Alanna , what a fun set of die and stamps. This will look great in many color combos like you said. Love the card...no emblshiments might be hard for me to do :)

This is so pretty. I would not have even missed the lack of embellishments if you had not told me about the challenge. Love the colors too.
