Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge #39

Friday, April 22, 2011

Can I get a big woohoo for it being Friday?  LOL.  I'm happy that the work week is drawing to a close and that we will be celebrating Easter soon.

I haven't gotten to play in the challenges over at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps in quite awhile but managed to make a card for this week's challenge, which is to use a handmade embellishment.  I used a rolled flower die from MFT for my handmade embellishment.

***Supplies***
Stamps:  Sparkle Creations Cupid Emily, PTI Mixed Messages

Other:  MFT die, PTI bakers twine

So tomorrow, the kids both have a karate tournament.  This will be their first one. I'm not really sure what to expect--all I can think about is the original Karate Kid movie, at the end, with the tournament.

We'll see how a real karate tournament compares to the movie.  I'm guessing that there probably won't be nearly as much drama.  LOL. Hopefully my kids have a good time.

Alrighty then, I'll see you back here on Sunday with my weekly Christmas card.  Until then, have a great day.
