A simple card

Thursday, October 2, 2008

So I've been seeing a lot of cards using the swiss dots embossing folder for the cuttlebug and decided that I needed to use mine. I wanted to use baby pink for some reason and decided that a baby card would be in order with that color. After some perusing through my stamp sets, I couldn't find an image that I had in mind. While looking through my embellishments, I came across the flower and decided to use that. This card is very simple but it is speaking to me. I finished the card with some white grosgrain ribbon and the celebrate sentiment stamped in the word window punch from Stampin Up.

It's been a long day. I woke up with the same headache that I went to bed with last night. However, I decided this morning that I could really knock it out by taking 2 excedrin, something that I don't like to take in the afternoons or evenings. A couple of hours later, my headache was gone but I just felt so sluggish all day. We ate at Maggiano's in Denver today for lunch. I had my fill of spaghetti and then had carbohydrate overload for the rest of the afternoon.

Well, Pittsburg is beating #10 South Florida so I think I'll go catch a bit of that game. Thanks for stopping by and have a great night.

You have got to get that cuttlebug. I definitely think you should ask Rob for it for Christmas. And with a coupon, it's really fairly priced. And then I could send you fun embossing folders. Glad you looooooveeeee the card.
