Spellbinders Add to Cart Collection

Hi friends. I have two fun cards to share with you today using some products from the Add to Cart collection from Spellbinders. For my first card, I am just using the new Shopping Cart Holiday & Presents die set. I die cut all of the present boxes from some light blue glitter card stock. I then die cut the various bows from silver mirror card stock. 

I trimmed down a piece of white card stock and added it to a navy notecard to leave a thin border. I then got to work on arranging my presents. I finished off the card by adding a stamped sentiment which is from the Bitty Holiday Wishes set by MFT.

For my second card, I started by taking a piece of the Spellbinders Specialty Glimmer card stock and foiled it using the Modern Lines glimmer plate two times. I added my foiled panel to a red notecard.

I then die cut two of the shopping bags from the new Shopping  Bags die set from the Add to Cart collection. before I folded them up, I stamped the bags with a floral image for added interest. I die cut the bag handles from some silver mirror card stock. 

I stamped my sentiment from MFT's Gift Card Greetings onto a piece of white card stock and adhered it to my card panel. I then added my shopping bags. Wouldn't this be so much fun to give with a gift card? I just think these shopping bags are so stinking cute!

Congrats Graduation Card

Welcome friends. It's just about graduation time and I have a quick and easy card that would be easy to mass produce for those graduates in your life.  Just switch out the colors for whatever you need and you'll be good to go.

I started by die cutting a piece of white card stock using the largest die from the Wonky Stitches dies from Avery Elle.

I then stamped the image onto it using my Misti so I could stamp it a couple of times. This is from Paper Trey Ink's For the Graduate set. It's a set that I've had in my stash for several years but I still love it.

I then stamped the image that has 3 skinny lines together and then die cut the Congrats word die from MFT both out of navy card stock and silver glitter card stock.  I offset the die cut sentiments to add a bit of a shadow effect.

I mounted the entire panel onto a piece of navy card stock and adhered it to my top folding white card base.

A Valentine's Hello

Hi friends and happy Valentine's Day to each of you. :) I appreciate you stopping by today.  For my card today, I am playing with some fun products from Memory Box and Impression Obsession.

I started by taking the Painted Hearts background image from Impression Obsession and stamped it on a piece of white card stock using my Misti so that I could double, even triple stamp it.  I stamped it using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink.

I die cut this panel using the largest die in the Wonky Stitched Rectangles die collection from Whimsy Stamps.  The heart die cut is the Pinpoint Leaf Heart die from Memory Box.  I love the fun stitching detail it provides inside the heart.  

The hello die cut sentiment is from an older MFT set. I added the die cut heat to my card panel with some foam tape and then added the sentiment on top of that.  I finished off the card with some Tree Hugger Wooden Hearts from Honey Bee Stamps which I thought were the perfect embellishment for this card.

Congrats - A Baby Girl Card

Hi friends. I'm back today with a simple baby card that was super easy to make. 

I started by adhering two pieces of patterned paper from my stash and layering them over my card base. I then die cut the Congrats word from MFT several times out of white card stock.

I adhered all the die cuts together to make my sentiment more substantial. I used liquid glue to adhered it to a piece of vellum.

I then added some more liquid glue to the back side of the vellum just underneath the sentiment.

As a finishing touch, I added some clear Wink of Stella over the die cut.

Congrats - New Baby Card

I recently attended a baby shower and wanted to make a fun card to give the mommy-to-be.

I started by taking the Baby Rattle Die-namics from MFT and die cut it with some pink card stock. I then die cut some Lawn Fawn plaid patterned paper with a stitched rectangle die. I adhered it to the same shade of pink card stock and then added some sparkling clear sequins where I wanted the center of my rattle to be. I added liquid glue to a circle shaker pouch from MFT and attached it to my die cut rattle. It was then time to adhere the rattle with the shaker pouch directly to my card.

I love how these shaker pouches make it SO easy to make a no-muss no-fuss shaker card.  To finish off the card, I heat embossed my sentiment and added some sparkling clear sequins.

You're Amazing

Welcome friends. I have a fun CAS card to share with you today, perfect for anyone you want to send a little encouragement to.

I started by taking the Radiating Rays stencil from MFT and blending on several colors of Distress inks in rainbow order. I then stamped the sentiment from MFT's Written in Watercolor stamp set. 

I die cut the panel with the largest die from Avery Elle's Wonky Stitches. I finished off the card with some enamel hearts from Doodlebug and some Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.

Okay - now back to my card. I started by die cutting some patterned paper with the largest die from Avery Elle's Wonky Stitches set. I absolutely love this die and will never ever part with it.

I then took MFT's Huge Love die and ran it through my patterned paper. I added some acetate to the back and then two layers of foam tape. I loaded it up with lots of clear sequins and then added another piece of acetate to sandwich everything in.  I added this to my card panel and the last step was to add some Candy Heart Sprinkles from Doodlebug.

My card today was very easy to make using the fabulous shaker pouches from MFT along with their Merry Christmas Circle Frame.

2 Hello cards for TupeloDesignsLLC

Hi friends. I have a couple of cards to share with you today for TupeloDesignsLLC. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at because Dan carries such a wide range of products, many of which are discounted each day. And shipping is always FREE in the US with no minimum purchase.

For my first card, I started by taking some Color Burst Powders and sprinkling them onto my Tim Holtz water color card stock. I used the Ultramarine Blue which is part of the Brights Collection, Aquamarine which is part of the Caribbean Brights Collection and Indigo. I then spritzed some water over them and let them do their thing.  I die cut the Big Hello from MFT from some white card stock and added it on top of the panel. The panel was die cut with the largest die from MFT's Inside and Out Stitched Diagonal Rectangle Die-namics.

My second card today uses the super fun Split Chevron Cover-up die from MFT.  I die cut it three times from different colors of card stock. I then added the same die cut sentiment as I used above, Big Hello.  I die cut it three times and stacked them one on top of another for a more dimensional look.

2 Foiled Cards for TupeloDesignsLLC

Good morning friends. I have two cards to share with you today for TupeloDesignsLLC. They both use a fun stamp set and stencil from MFT and some beautiful foil from Deco Foil.

For my first card, I started by adding some Transfer Gel over the Framework stencil from MFT with a palette knife. After it was dry, I added some rainbow foil over top of it and ran it through my Mini Minc machine.

I then stamped 3 of the sentiments from the More Essential Sentiments stamp set and trimmed them down and adhered them onto my card panel. I added some clear confetti and this card is complete.

For my second card, I did the exact same steps as above but this time, I used some beautiful pink foil. And instead of clear confetti, I added some White Blizzard Nuvo Glitter Drops.

For the first two cards, I stamped the background using the MFT Happy Birthday Background stamp set. 

I then took some fun patterned paper and die cut it using the Celebrate Speech Bubble die. I also die cut it again with some silver sparkle card stock.  Both cards were finished by rounding the bottom two corners.

For my last card, I used some super fun patterned paper and added the same Celebrate Speech Bubble die that I popped up with foam tape -- lots of little pieces of foam tape. :)

Hello There with MFT

Hi friends. I have a fun floral card to share with you today using lots of fun dies from MFT.

I started by embossing a Brick Wall die from MFT (NLA) onto some white card stock. I love the texture that it gives the panel. I then die cut the Stitched Flowers dies and ran them through my machine several times in various colors.

I arranged them on my card panel and then added my stamped sentiment.

DT Project for TupeloDesignsLLC

Happy Tuesday friends. I'm back with a card for TupeloDesignsLLC. I'm using several fun products from MFT for this shaker card.

I started by using my Misti to stamp the Framework background stamp from MFT repeatedly with different colors ink ranging from red to yellow. 

I then stamped my sentiment from MFT's All Occasion Sentiments stamp set. I then took the Heart Shaker Window and Frame to die cut the red heart frame to go around the Heart Shaker Pouch, also from MFT, which I added with some clear sequins. I love how easy these pouches, along with the coordinating dies, make it to create fun shaker cards. 

And there are circles, rectangles, balloons and stars - lots of great shapes to choose from.
