Hi friends and happy Tuesday! I am back today with a pair of mini slimline cards featuring the brand-new Coneflower Frame die from the newest release at Whimsy Stamps.
To get started, I took a large piece of watercolor card stock and first sprayed it with water. I then sprayed it using 3 colors of Distress Oxide sprays from Tim Holtz (all listed and linked below).
Once my panels were dry, I took some white paint and splattered the background. I then die cut the background using the new Coneflower Frame die. I die cut the Coneflower Frame die again but this time from heavyweight white card stock also and adhered my sprayed background on top of the white die cut to add just a bit of dimension.
I then added my die cuts to my mini slimline notecards. I stamped the sentiment which is from the Simple Sentiment Strips set. I finished off the card by adding in some Metallic Aqua confetti from This Calls for Confetti.
