My first cards use the January 2022 Stamp of the Month, priced at just $10. For the card on the left, I stamped the fun floral heart image 3 times and colored them all the same with my Copic markers. I die cut two more white hearts for each colored heart and added them together for dimension.

I then took a piece of patterned paper and die cut it using the Essential Rectangles die set from Spellbinders to add the detail around the perimeter. I added my hearts to mimic a flower and then added my stamped sentiment.

For the card on the right, I started by die cutting a piece of white cardstock using the largest die from the Fluted Classics Rectangles die set. I then trimmed each of the sides down just a bit so I could have a thin border with my grey card base showing. I then stamped a different heart image from the January stamp of the month and colored it in simply. I stamped the same sentiment in red ink and then finished off the card with a few red enamel hearts from my stash.

I am now switching gears and have a fun card showcasing the January 2022 small die of the month, priced at just $15. This is an amazing die with so many design opportunities. For my card, I started by die cutting the die twice - once from grey card stock and once from white card stock. I added some Stick It from Ken Oliver to the backs of my card stocks so that my die cuts would be stickers - this made everything so much easier to work with. I adhered everything to a white piece of copy paper.

I then die cut the die again from white card stock but this time added the Stick It to both sides of the card stock. I inlaid the other halves of the hearts and then removed the sticky portion that was on top of the die cuts. This left exposed adhesive which I then sprinkled some fine purple glitter onto.

I did this same process with the center die cut heart that is part of the January 2022 small die of the month but this time sprinkled it with some fine silver glitter. I finished off the card by adding my panel with foam tape to a grey card base. I then added a stamped sentiment which is from the January 2022 stamp of the month.

Here is the entire hop order but if you've been following along, your next stop is the talented Rebecca Keppel
