Whimsy Stamps New Release Inspiration

Hello friends and happy Friday! I have two cards to share with you today using new products from the latest release at Whimsy Stamps. I am using two new stamp sets, Stitches and Nurses Day, along with the awesome Stethoscope die set.

To get started, I took the new Stitches stamp set and left it on the carrier sheet. I taped the sheet inside my Misti so that I could just stamp all the images together. This worked out so well and was a ton easier than stamping each of these individually. I stamped the images in a light grey ink. While I was at it, I stamped 3 more card panels with this background which will be making an appearance later next week.

I then die cut the Stethoscope die set from black card stock two times for each card so I could stack them together. I die cut the part that goes in your ears (what is that even called?) from some silver mirror card stock. I stamped the sentiment which is from the new Nurses Day stamp set in red ink and then adhered my stethoscopes down. I finished off the card by die cutting the circle portion of the stethoscope in both the same silver mirror card stock as well as some red card stock for the heart.

As a bonus card, I took another one of the panels I made that uses the Stitches stamp set and then rounded both side corners. I then took two of the fall out hearts from the Stethoscope die, glued them together, and then white heat embossed a sentiment onto it which is from the Nurses Day stamp set. I finished the card by stamping 3 grey hearts.
