Sincere Sympathy for Whimsy Stamps

Hi friends. I'm back today with a CAS sympathy card using products from Whimsy Stamps.

I absolutely love the gorgeous Sunflower image from the DoveArt lineup at Whimsy Stamps.  If you know me, you know that I am not a huge colorist.  Although, I do have this image stamped out onto some kraft card stock that I have started to color with colored pencils.  

But for today's card, I decided to heat emboss the image onto some cream card stock with a metallic embossing powder.

After this was done, I decided I wanted to add some additional interest to my panel so I ran it through my die cutting machine using a die from a retired Whimsy Stamps die collection.  But one of the dies in this collection from the Straight Edger Die set would give a similar look.  I love this die so much.

I then heat embossed my sentiment from the Furever in Our Hearts set.  I trimmed down my focal panel just a bit and added some foam tape
