Love You with LDRS Creative

Friday, January 25, 2019

Hi friends. I've got a CAS card for you today using products from LDRS Creative. I started by die cutting the 3 largest dies from the Scalloped Rectangle die set with white card stock. I ran these through my die cutting machine and then added some glue onto the back and adhered them onto my grey card base.

I absolutely love this collection of dies and all that you get with it. I also love that you can either poke out the inner portions or leave them in as I did.

{TIP} - I only ran these through my machine one time to minimize the small pieces that might wan
t to pop out. By doing it this way, I only had to inlay 3 of the small pieces back into my panel.

I then pulled out the Love in Bloom stamp set. I love the layered flower in this set. I started by stamping just the base layer with Pink Tutu hybrid ink. I then stamped the middle layer with the Lipstick Jungle hybrid ink. The third layer, or most detailed layer, was stamped with a red ink from my stash.

I stamped the stem and leaf with two shades of hybrid ink - Key Lime Pie and Olive Branch.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment, also from the Love in Bloom stamp set. I stamped it in the same Pink Tutu ink that I used to stamp the base layer of my flower.

Some clear sequins and rounded corners finish off the card. Here's another look at my card. Thanks so much for taking a peek at my card and I hope you've been inspired.

So pretty, Alanna. I like the detail in the borders around the focal image. They look really nice against the beautiful rose. Sweet card!!

What a pretty card - the rose is definitely the focal, but the frame is darling and sweet!
