I have two CAS cards to share with you today. For my first card, I am using the new Mountains stamp set and the gorgeous Arctic Snowfall paper collection.

The new paper collections from this release are so amazing. The paper is nice and thick and just beautiful. It's not your typical patterned paper, that's for sure.

I started out by stamping the Mountains stamp onto some smooth white card stock with the Raven Hybrid Ink pad. I love this ink so much as it is nice and juicy and you can use it for lots of different coloring mediums.

I then added just a touch of a light grey Copic marker to add a bit of dimension.  I did this twice and then cut my mountain ranges out.

I adhered my favorite paper from the Arctic Snowfall paper collection onto my card base and then added a piece of light blue card stock at the bottom which I stamped with a sentiment from the Hot Chocolate stamp set.

I adhered my mountain ranges on the portion where my patterned paper and card stock overlap and this card is complete.

For my second card, I started out by stamping the Tree Line image onto the middle section of my card base. I then adhered the plaid paper which is from the new Holly Jolly Holidays paper collection onto the bottom of my card butting it right underneath my stamped tree line image.

I then blended some Bali Blue Hybrid ink onto the top of my card base just until the tree line. I then blended on some green ink over the trees.  You can see that there is a bit of green going outside the tree line but I wasn't too worried about that.

I stamped the same sentiment that I used in my first card today in the sky portion of the card and then finished off my card with a bit of white pen detail on the trees to give them some extra dimension. I think it also serves as the look of a bit of snow also.

Lovely cards, Alanna. The snowflake paper is so pretty on the first one. Makes a lovely wintery skyline for the mountains. The plaid on the second is very pretty and the trees look wonderful against the ink blended sky background. Great job on these two cards! :) Happy weekend!
