3 cards for TupeloDesignsLLC - Hooray it's Your Day

Tuesday, October 24, 2017

Happy Tuesday friends. I'm back today with 3 cards all featuring the gorgeous Hooray stamp set from Neat & Tangled for TupeloDesignsLLC.

All 3 of the cards are the same except for the backgrounds.

On the first card, I used some Color Burst powders to create the background. I used Marigold, Lemon Yellow and Cadmium Scarlet.   If you are not familiar with these, they are a highly pigmented water color powder that reacts with water. They are so fun to use and I've been having a lot of fun with them lately in my craft room. TupeloDesignsLLC has a wide assortment of colors in both individual bottles and sets of 6. Click here to see all of them.

For my second card, I did some ink blending over the Hero Arts Spiral stencil l in rainbow order.

For my last card, I added some water colors in blues and purples to some Tim Holtz watercolor card stock.

Look how wonderful and different these three cards are! The color bursts look like they are so much fun. Maybe a little messy? But worth it, I'm sure! So vibrant. The ink blending on the second card looks almost like a kaleidoscope (sp?). Love it! And the colors blended beautifully on your third card. Wow, you are having so much fun in your craft room! I'm so happy for you! :)

Sunday's game was rough. It's not like them. I hope they can regroup and have some positive games going forward. Hugs!

Lovehow you e got such different cards with the same stamp set. You are so brave with the Color burst - I can't cope with stray powder flying around! Xx
