I tried to channel my inner Kay (I was hoping I had one) with my water color background. Needless to say, hers always look much better. But I will try again. I ended up adding the sequins because of course I smudged the ink after I stamped the sentiment. :) That black Versafine gives a great impression but does not dry quickly.

Oooooh, so pretty! I certainly wouldn't have known about a smudge had you not said anything, so you did great with your sequins. I smiled at your trying to tap into your inner Kay. I've tried to do that as well. I just don't have the same touch. But your watercoloring looks great to me! I really like the teal/aqua color. And it looks amazing with the red. Great sentiment, too. You sure find some good ones to use. :) Hey, did you like that win for the Broncos? Kinda sloppy in some parts, but I'll take it! Have a great week!
What a gorgeous card and I love that you did a freestyle collage style on it!
Oh you made me laugh Alanna!! But thanks so much for mentioning me! I'm honored!! And yes! I can see that you do have an inner Kay! haha!! Your watercoloring is lovely and I just love the cluster of flowers! Really a pretty card!! And I have covered up a boo boo with sequins many a time! Hope they never go out of style! :)
So pretty, love the watercolor!
Alanna....this is simply gorgeous! I love your take on this week's challenge, so beautiful and your smooshing is perfect!
So pretty! Love the watercolor background behind the cluster of flowers.
Wonderful watercolor background for your flowers!
Your watercolor looks awesome!! Such gorgeous flowers too! :)
Love, love, love those colors! What a pretty bunch of flowers! You've included my favorites both in color and the image, as well as watercolors in general. Awesome card!
This is so pretty! I love that background!
I'm late visiting all the team's past cards. This is so beautiful with the watercolor and all those gorgeous flower stamps/dies. I think we've all had mishaps with Versafine here and there. I learned a trick via Stamp Nation to put clear emboss powder over the versafine stamped image to help it not smear. And then sometimes I forget about doing that little trick myself. lol
