I received a super fun email last month from the super sweet and talented Kim asking if I would like to be a guest designer for The Challenge blog. I was more than happy to say yes and will be playing along each Monday this month with the other ladies.
I started out by inking my water color card stock with two colors of distress inks. I then spritzed a bit of water on it and let the piece dry. I then used my Misti to stamp my large sentiment. Because it is so large and it had never seen ink before, I didn't get that great of an impression the first time. But my Misti rescued me and I was able to stamp it again just perfectly and now I have a very crisp and bold black sentiment.
I thought about adding some balloons to the right portion of my card but wasn't sure how balloon strings would look and in the end, I was too afraid that I would totally mess up my main panel. So I played it safe and added a few clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
