Wildflowers

Happy Friday friends and Happy 1st day of August. How on earth is July already over with?  Well, my card today is for the new challenge at Sister Act Card Challenge. Remember that it's always an anything goes challenge as long as you make a card.  Most weeks, there is a sponsor and a prize available to one lucky participant.

I started by inking up a piece of water color card stock with three colors of Distress Inks, listed below. I then spritzed the card stock liberally with water and then ran it immediately through my Cuttlebug. The result is a nice textured card front with a bit of a water color look to it.

Happy Friday friends!

I'll be entering this into the anything goes challenge at SSS this week.

Oh wow! Your background colors are terrific, Alanna. Really like the texture of the embossing and how the two work together. Great job. The silhouette of the flowers is very pretty, too. Hope you have a great weekend!
