Hi friends. I haven't meant to be so absent in blog land. I have so many ideas of cards I want to make but then I get home from work and there's just not enough time or energy to execute the ideas in my head.
We had a lot of snow over the weekend and a meeting was cancelled so that afforded me a bit of extra time to play in my craft room.
I struggled with the placement of my leaf die from MFT on this card. I cut it into 3 pieces to better manipulate it but I don't think my balance is right. I struggle with a lot of things in my craft room but achieving visual, appealing balance is probably the biggest one.
***Supplies***
In the end, though, I like the card well enough and it's another one to add to my small stash. Thanks for your visit and comments. And I hope you have a great Tuesday.

I think it's perfect! I know what you mean though...that seems to be what takes me the longest time when creating...the visual-balance! I will fuss and fuss wanting it to be "just-so" LOL. Love that die...might have to head over to MFT and get one!! Have a wonderful Tuesday Alanna!
Glad you got some time to play, Alanna. I hear you on finding the visual balance. I think in the end you go with what appeals to your eye and call it good.
I really like what you did with that leaf die cut. I struggle with the same thing, too. I often need to cut every possible option, and just move them around to see what looks best. I often have lost of leftovers when I change my mind.
Beautiful card! I love that banner and your flower is perfect!
Blessings,
