PTI Blog Hop -- Deck the Halls

Thursday, October 25, 2012

Hi friends. I loved all the non-traditional color combos that Nichole from PTI put together for this month's PTI Blog Hop and thought I'd play along.  I used the following pallette.
My card is a simple one that I totally cased from Debbie here.  It's hard to tell but I added some texture using the linen and canvas impression plate. I also added 2 score lines above and below the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day!

Great job, Alanna. I did notice the texture and I like the non traditional color palette. The twine also adds a nice texture.

Loving those cheerful colors and the Christmas lights are perfect, as is the addition of the baker's twine. Great card, Alanna! :)

well executed design makes a stunning card - love the texture from the impression plate and the way you framed out the stamped image with the score lines & twine.
