The wedding was a success, only a few minor hiccups in the morning. When I got to the bride's dressing room, my friend was in tears because the lilies in our bouquets were completely closed. How in the world does that happen? She was so upset. A quick trip to the store to get some roses to add to them and she was okay but still furious at the store who did the bouquets. I'm sure that there will be more to tell about that saga later.
It was a good day but man were we all exhausted. My brother is also good friends with the bride and took some family pics of us so I'll post them as soon as he sends them to me.
I hope you have a great Sunday. My house is in shambles so I'll be doing some cleaning along with attending church. Thanks for your visit and take care.

I'm glad the only glitch in the wedding was about flowers - I've heard so many worse stories! I'm sure it seemed huge to the bride (such an emotional day!). Enjoy your Sunday!

Every wedding has its glitches and usually, they are something to laugh about years later. That's not to say I wouldn't have been upset about unopened lilies. It would be a matter to discuss at bill-paying time. LOL. Sounds like you saved the day though.

Alanna, I'm so sorry that so many comments from me got posted. I was having a devil of a time with Blogger yesterday morning and it kept telling me Blogger wasn't available when I tried to post. I guess when it worked again all those attempts showed up. I didn't know it would do that!
