There's a brand new challenge starting today over at Penny's challenges. This week, participants are to use "inchies". I started by stamping my heart image 4 times and then used my 1 inch square punch to punch them out. They were then matted with a slightly larger scalloped punch. And don't you just love that heart border punch? It was also courtesy of my Christmas gift card.
My card also uses this week's Sweet Sunday sketch from Karen and this week's challenge from Creative Belli is to use hearts. I'll also enter it into this week's challenge at Practical Scrappers for embossing. Crafty Creations also wants to see something with a Valentine or love theme. Finally, A Spoon Full of Sugar wants to see lots of layering.
***Supplies***
Patterned Paper: CTMH Elegant Bouquet
Stamps: CTMH
Other: MS border punch, Cuttlebug, Dew Drops
Make sure to check out the blog for Penny's challenges to see the other fabulous creations by the designers and then come play with us.
In other news, we got a Wii Fit Plus over the weekend and I've been working on that each day. I have to say that I don't know if I've ever been in as much pain. My thighs are killing me. Which I suppose is a good thing and I know it won't last forever. My body is just going into shock from the exercise. I am excited to continue though and to see the progress I can make.
Thanks for the visit and I hope you have a great hump day.

Happy hump-day Alanna : )
After using our Wii Fit (original) for a year, I was so excited to get the Plus, and LOVE IT! It is so much fun, and I love the fact that you don't realize you're exercising : ) Have fun, but don't overdo it!
Your Inchie-card is perfect girl! Love that stamp, and oh yeah...that border ROCKS!
Terrific card, Alanna! That border is fabulous. *Ü*
I was starting to get over my wanting a Wii and now I want one again! Wahhhhh! (just kidding) I think it's fabulous that you can use the unit to exercise (and obviously move parts that aren't used to being moved judging by your description of how you feel). Keep up the great work!
Fabulous card and good for you for using the Wii fit!
Thanks for joining us at Crafty Creations with your LOVELY card!

So pretty. Love that MS border punch and have kept my eyes open for it at our Wal-Mart. No luck.
I gave Wii Fit Plus to Cameron's girlfriend for Christmas. She loves it. Me? I don't know if I'd like anything that hurts. My old body does that on its own. LOL. Seriously though, good for you!!
