A 10 minute card

Saturday, June 13, 2009

There's not much to say about my card today other than I was going for a simple yet pretty card. I'm thrilled that this only took 10 minutes and that I like it. This week's challenge at the OCC is to use border punches on your card or artwork. I so love this Fiskars punch.

***Supplies***
Patterend paper: My Minds Eye
Stamps: CTMH Happy Birthday
Other: Fiskars punch, PTI buttons, CTMH waxy flax

Thanks for your visit. I'll be spending most of today helping set up for my good friend's baby shower and then at the party itself. I hope your day is fabulous.

very pretty. I am looking for simple yet pretty cards today. My daughter just asked me to make some thank you cards for her. She just moved into her first apartment and wants to thank all the people who have helped or donated to the cause.

Wonderful card, Alanna! Just my style! The bolder background papers are perfect for this type of card. They're too pretty to cover up and in not doing so, the paper does all the "work." Enjoy your day!!

Lovely card and the bonus that it didn't take a huge amount of time to create. Great job! Love those border punches, too!

Hope you enjoyed the shower.

Love your new blog look, too!
