I made this card for Taylor's weekly cupcake challenge. All products used are CTMH including the Perfect Days paper packet. I used the treading water punch for the scalloped edge. I really want Stampin Up's scallop edge punch so that I don't always have to have the holes in the middle of my scallops but what's a girl on a strict budget to do?
I don't own any oval nesties or other dies so I broke out the Cricut to cut the ovals. What on earth did I do before that machine?
