Hi friends. I have 3 cards to share with you using the Happy Dance collection from Spellbinders. There are lots of great dies and foil plates in this collection perfect for many occasions.
For the card on the left, I used the Polka Dot Strip hot foil plate and foiled a background onto some bright pink card stock. I die cut it out using one of the dies from the Essentials Label die set. I added the die cut coffee cups which are from the I Dance die set. I then added a foiled sentiment which is from the We Dance Glimmer Sentiments hot foil plate and die set. I popped up my center panel on some foam tape and finished off the card by adding some pearls.
For the card on the right, I started by foiling the Skinny Stripe Background hot foil plate with pink foil onto some light pink card stock. I die cut it using the largest die from the Essential Label die set. I then took the largest piercing die in that set and created the dots all the way around the perimeter. I added a foiled sentiment which is from the Happy Parents Day hot foil plate and die set and then added my girl holding the flowers. Those dies are included in the I Dance die set. I popped the panel up with foam tape and added some pink pearls to finish off the card.
And now that I am looking at this, I can see that I forgot to add the hands coming around the flowers. The hand dies are included in the set. Oops! I'll have to fix that before I send this out. :)
For my last card, I started by foiling the Scattered Dot Pattern hot foil plate with rainbow foil onto Spellbinders Onyx card stock. This black card stock takes foiling beautifully and I just love the way the rainbow foil looks on it.
I then took the Let's Dance die set and die cut the pieces that make the prize ribbon 3 times for a stacked look. I foiled the #1 which is from the We Dance Glimmer Sentiments hot foil plate set. I then added the sentiment which is from the Happy Parents Day hot foil plate set.
I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for your visit and crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
