Hi friends. I have a set of 5 happy birthday cards today to share that would definitely be very suitable for a masculine birthday. You could also use these for the women in your life as well. All products used are from Whimsy Stamps.
To get started, I took 5 different patterns from the Mix n Match Neutrals 6x6 paper collection and die cut them using the largest die from the Sprinkles Scallops Rectangle die set. I then adhered each of them to some kraft A2 notecards. I then die cut the Happy Large Word die out of black card stock for each card as well as white card stock. I adhered the white on top of the black offsetting it slightly for a shadowed look. I then stamped the birthday portion of the sentiment which is from the Gnome Birthdays stamp set.
I added some white enamel dots and then decided to finish the cards by adding a layer of Glossy Accents over top of the white happy die cut. This gives the word die a glossy finish and helps it be more substantial.
I hope you've been inspired. Crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
