Hello friends! It's the 20th of the month which means there is another mini release that just hit the Whimsy Stamps store. I am sharing 2 projects today with you.
In this release, there is an awesome new slimline die, a gorgeous paper collection and stencil, 1 rubber cling stamp and 5 clear stamps.
All of the products are linked below. You can also click here to see all the products in one place.
For my first project today, I'm sharing this fun bookmark made using the new Slimline Vertical Sentiments stamp set along with the Bookmark and Tags die collection that came out a couple of weeks ago.
I started by die cutting the large bookmark from the Bookmark and Tags die collection with white card stock. I then blended on Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide inks onto the bookmark.
I stamped the Christmas sentiment from the Slimline Vertical Sentiments set with black ink and then added in some white polka dots with a white gel pen.
I die cut one of the smaller tags from the Bookmark and Tags die collection and stamped the sentiment which is from the Penguins Winter Adventure stamp set (which is currently 20% off).
I also die cut the bookmark again with a coordinating piece of solid card stock. I adhered it to my stamped bookmark to finish everything off. I added some purple and blue twine from my stash and this project is done.
For my second project, I created a slimline card using the new Slimline Vertical Sentiments set and the Slimline Bunting Border dies previously released.
I started by die cutting one of the dies from the Slimline Bunting Borders die collection from red card stock and adhered it to a white piece of card stock. I then took another piece of white card stock and the Birthday sentiment from the Slimline Vertical Sentiments set and stamped it 3 times with varying shades of aqua ink. I trimmed the panel down and matted it with black card stock. Everything was adhered to a black slimline card that measures 3.5 x 8.5 inches
Here is some inspiration from the rest of the team.
I appreciate you stopping by today and hope you've been inspired. Wishing you all a wonderful week. Crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
