Whimsy Stamps April 2020 Release and 2 Cards

Hi friends. It's the 1st of the month and there is a new release that just hit the Whimsy Stamps shop. And so you know, Whimsy is still shipping orders during this time.

For both my cards today, I am using the super cute Cow Friends stamp set. These cows are absolutely delightful and were a lot of fun to color and play with.

For my first card, I started by taking a stencil from my stash and adding black ink on top of my card base. I then stamped, colored and cut out the cute little cow and duck image.

I die cut one of the oval dies from the Spring Ovals die collection and added it to my card panel with some low profile foam adhesive. I then stamped the sentiment which is from the same Cow Friends set and then added my image with foam tape.

For my second card, I pulled out the Licorice patterned paper collection that was released awhile back. The pattern I picked out reminded me of cow spots. I die cut it using the largest die from the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles die collection. I also die cut a piece of pink card stock using one of the smaller dies from the collection.

I then stamped, colored and cut out another one of the images from the Cow Friends set and stamped another one of the sentiments from the Cow Friends set. My image was adhered with foam tape and this card is done.
