Layered Floral Card for Whimsy Stamps

Hi friends and welcome back to another post featuring new products from the latest release at Whimsy Stamps. One thing I love so much about Whimsy Stamps is the vast assortment of different style images.  Each of my posts the last 3 days have been with completely different styles of sets. 

I am sharing a gorgeous layered flower set today, the Layered Peruvian Lily set.  I absolutely love the layered flowers and leaves in this set along with the gorgeous sentiments.  

For my card today, I started by masking off a rectangle frame and did a bit of soft ink blending.  I then stamped 5 of the layered lily images and then fussy cut them out.

I stamped my sentiment which is from the Layered Peruvian Lily set and then placed my flowers in two of the corners.  One flower in each corner was adhered with thin foam tape for added dimension

I finished off the card by rounding the two bottom corners to soften the feel of everything.
