I'm back today with another card using components from this month's Paper Door kit, Say Cheese, available exclusively at Whimsy Stamps.
This kit is such an amazing value at only $29.95. You are getting a full stamp set and coordinating dies, an A2 size background die, card stock and patterned paper.
For my card today, I started by die cutting the Swiss Dots background die available in the kit from some light yellow card stock. I then laid it on top of my top folding card base so I could get an idea of where I needed to stamp some of the mice images in the set.
I stamped the mice and then colored them in simply with my Zig markers. I stamped a heart image in some fo the other open areas to provide a pop of color and to help round things out a bit.
I finished off the card by stamping the sentiment, which is from the Say Cheese set and then I popped it up with foam tape.

That background die is really neat. I like the stitched edge, too. The mice definitely fit the theme and look cute peeking out of the cheese that way. Fun addition in the hearts, too. :) Happy weekend!
