Happy Wednesday friends. Thanks so much for joining me today. I have two cards to share with you today using goodies from the September release from Whimsy Stamps.
I am using the following products available in the Whimsy shop.
For my first card, I started by die cutting the pumpkins and leaves from the fun Build-a-Pumpkin Patch die collection.
For the pumpkins, I added a bit of shading to them. I sat all my die cuts aside and got to work on my background. I started by stamping the Falling Leaves Background with some kraft ink onto a piece of kraft card stock.
I then heat embossed the sentiment which is from the Polka Dot Fun set with gold embossing powder.
I then added all of my die cuts, some with foam tape to add depth and dimension.
For my second card, I again created lots of colorful die cuts using the Build-a-Pumpkin Patch dies. I then took the Wonky Windows 2 die and cut it several times out of kraft card stock and adhered each of them together to build up a more substantial frame.
I figured out where my stamped sentiment would go and made sure to stamp it before I adhered my frame so that they wouldn't get in the way of a crisp stamped image. It is also from the Polka Dot Fun stamp set.

I then adhered my frame with liquid glue to give me some wiggle room as I tucked in the various die cuts into the sections.
Here's a final look again at both cards. I hope you've been inspired.

Both of these cards are chock full of fall fabulousness, Alanna. That background stamp on the first one is very pretty and I really like how you inked up the die cut pumpkins. The cluster of them at the bottom of the card looks wonderful. On the second card, I really like the wonky frame cut and the pumpkins peeking out in them. It looks really cool. Excellent work! Happy Friday!
