Hi friends. I hope you are having a good week so far. I have 3 sympathy cards to share with you today, all using stamps and dies from Whimsy Stamps. I like to have a few sympathy cards on hand at all times so that I'm not scrambling when I need to send one.
For each of my cards, I am using the beautiful Deepest Sympathy stamp set along with the Leaf Foilage 2 die collection.
For each card, I started with some patterned paper from my stash. I stamped a sentiment from the Deepest Sympathy stamp set and then added some of the die cut leaves from the Leaf Foilage 2 die collection. I die cut all of the leaves from some textured card stock. If you look close, you can see the texture on the leaves.
For the next two cards, I used the beautiful So very Sorry sentiment in the Deepest Sympathy stamp set. I adore the handwritten look of this sentiment.
That's all I have for today. Thanks so much for popping by. I hope you have a great day. Crafty hugs!

Beautiful and elegant cards for a difficult time. You are so smart to have sympathy cards on hand. I need to remember to do this as well. Are you using pattern paper as your base or did you stamp? I really like the leafy paper in the first card. Week is busy so far, but really, when are they not, right? LOL
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, Alanna! I think I could make the one with the squares! (it's also my favorite!). you are so smart to do them in a batch when you're in the mood. Seems like I go through the sympathy cards a lot faster these years!
ReplyDeleteYour card is gorgeous.such a sweet image, I love the soft colours and beautiful detailing.
ReplyDeleteI do hate having to have these cards in stock, but I think the simpler they are the better and I love your use of patterned paper with the die cuts xx
