World Cardmaking Day Blog Hop with Whimsy Stamps

Hello and Welcome to World Card Making Day with Whimsy Stamps!  We are so excited for you to join the fun today with an amazing blog hop from the talented Whimsy artists.  Each blog will have some inspiration with a card perfect for World Card Making Day.  The blog hop list is at the bottom of my post in case you get lost but your next stop is the fabulous Kerys.

Today, I have 2 cards to share using the fabulous Flower Flourish Stencil.

I started by taking some metallic card stock and spread some Rose Gold glitter paste over the Flower Flourish Stencil.  I absolutely adore all the texture and sparkle this paste adds.

The flower is from a past Paper Door Kit from Whimsy Stamps, Beacoup Bouquet but you could easily substitute any other flower or element in this card design.

I finished off the card with a heat embossed sentiment.

I have another card where I used the Moonstone Glitter Paste from Nuvo with the same Flower Flourish Stencil.  This time, I started with a piece of gold foil card stock and then spread the paste over the stencil. I then cut the panel into 2 sections and stamped a sentiment from my stash.

The card making community is so wonderful and Denise the owner of Whimsy Stamps wanted to share her appreciation with a fun day filled with inspiration, prizes and freebies.   Make sure to comment on each blog post to be eligible for the prizes.  In order to get the beautiful freebies that will be available make sure to join our Whimsy Stamps and Inspiration Facebook group.

If you happened upon my blog without knowing there is a blog hop today, make sure to start at the beginning so you don't miss any of the wonderful inspiration and prize opportunities!!!
