Welcome friends to Day 1 of the September release from Clearly Whimsy Stamps. For today's card, I've done lots of heat embossing for a fun Christmas card.
I started by heat embossing the Winter Afghan stamp set in gold. I love this large background stamp. After my embossing was done, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Scripty Occasions stanp set onto some vellum.
I then ran the panel through my Big Shot using the large frame from the Shaker Builder Sweetest Birthday die. I then ran that same die 2 more times through my machine so I could glue the layers together.
I added my vellum sentiment onto the card panel, hiding the adhesive behind the words. I then added my frames around the front panel and then added some red sequins to finish off the card.
Thanks so much for visiting today. I'll be back tomorrow with another card project featuring more fun stamps and dies from Clearly Whimsy Stamps.
Here's a closeup of the products I used today available in the Whimsy shop.
