There's a new challenge posted today at Christmas Card Challenges and this week, it's an anything goes challenge. So head over and link up your Christmas and holiday cards if you are making them.
I used a new Hero Arts stencil (although I couldn't find it to link it up below) to ink up my background in a variety of blue Distress Inks. I then cut my snowflake two times, once from Enchanted Evening card stock and once from 40lb vellum form Bazzill.
I placed my sequins strategically so I could adhere the vellum snowflake in a couple of other places besides underneath the sentiment strip.
Happy Sunday.

Oh, wow, this looks great, Alanna! I like that stencil and the colors you used. The vellum snowflake is wonderful and how smart are you to use the sequins to hide the adhesive. :)
Beautiful card! I LOVE the background. And that snowflake is FAB!
this is awesome, Love the vellum overlay on the snowflake :)
You are SO smart! I love the look of vellum but have every product on this planet to adhere the stuff without it showing - I love your sequin trick!!! Great card!
Oops, meant to say I've tried every product, not that I have them! LOL
Fabulously done! Love the background and the layered vellum snowflake! Lovely Christmas card, Alanna!

Love how graphic but soft this is! The vellum snowflake layer adds so much to this!
