Hi friends -- welcome back to my blog. I have two cards to share with you today for TupeloDesignsLLC. For my first card, I started by die cutting the long skinny balloon from the Big Birthday Balloons Die-namics from MFT from some masking paper. I then sponged several colors of Distress inks across the card. After that was complete, I stamped my sentiment. The smaller portion of it comes from the MFT Beary Special Birthday stamp set. I then used some Lawn Fawn dies to add a bit of detail to the top and bottom of my card panel. I added it to black card stock and then popped the panel up on foam tape. I also added some of the glitter Nuvo drops directly onto my card base.
For my second card today, I started by doing some heat embossing using several of the images from the MFT Birthday Speech Bubbles stamp set. After they were embossed, I took some Abandoned Coral distress ink and blended that over the embossed areas, resulting in this background. I added my sentiment over some vellum, added enamel dots and called the card good.

Both of these cards are terrific, Alanna! I really like the lined up and ink blended balloons. They look really sharp and the detail on the top and bottom edges really helps to make the colors pop. The second card is lots of fun with the embossed sayings and the ink blended background. Such a pretty color. The black accents are great and the font in the sentiment makes me smile. Great job! Hugs!
What fabulous cards! I was struck by the wonderful rainbow array of balloons. They are lovely. Love the droplets on top too. Xx
