Winter Wonderland

Tuesday, November 7, 2023

Hi friends. I have a quick and easy card to share with you today using some fun products from Whimsy Stamps.

To get started, I took the new It's a Snowflake Mask stencil and blended on the snowflake image with some light blue ink. I love that the stencil set gives you both the positive and negative portions of the stencil.

I then took some Distress Mica Stain in the Wonderland color and lightly sprayed my white A2 notecard. After this was dry, I then added some snowflake die cuts which are from the Elegant Snowflakes and Border die set. These were cut from some silver shimmer card stock. I finished off the card by adding in a sentiment from the Simple Sentiment Strips Holidays stamp set.

I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for your visit and crafty hugs! ~ Alanna

Oh my, this is lovely, Alanna! The stenciled snowflake makes a great backdrop for your diecut flakes. If I tried to mist a card, I'd get blobs rather than your lovely spray pattern. Thanks so much for sharing. Crafty hugs!
