Hello friends. I'm back with another card featuring the awesome Happy Birthday Coverplate die from Whimsy Stamps. I've already used this die two other times since it came out earlier this month.
For this card, I thought it would be fun to alter the die a bit and just use the happy portion of it. I die cut the entire Happy Birthday Coverplate die from some aqua card stock and then trimmed it down so just the Happy portion was showing. I then backtracked and die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Heart to Heart collection with the largest die from the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles die set. I adhered this to a white A2 notecard. I then figured out where I wanted the placement of the happy die cut so I could stamp the remainder of the sentiment. It's from the newer Koala Birthday set.
I added the happy die cut with foam tape and then added the cute cake image which I colored and cut out. It's from the Panda Party set.
