Hello friends and welcome back. I have a fun pair of cards to share with you today using an awesome new die from Whimsy Stamps that just hit the store today. It's the Happy Birthday Coverplate die. It is sized to fit an A2 notecard exactly.
For my cards, I started by taking two pieces of Yupo paper and I created my own alcohol inked backgrounds on them in rainbow order - the colors I used are listed below. Once my panels were dry, I added two of the Happy Birthday Coverplate die on top of the backgrounds. I adhered everything to A2 white notecards and this pair of cards is complete.
I just love how striking the black looks against the rainbow background.
