A little Scene Card

Thursday, March 30, 2023

Hello friends and welcome back. I have a fun square card to share with you today using the recently released Happy Happy Day stamp set from Whimsy Stamps.

To get started, I stamped the adorable little bunny image from the Happy Happy Day set onto some smooth white card stock. I then stamped it again, but this time onto some masking paper. I fussy cut my mask and then laid it on top of the stamped image so I could blend on my sky with some aqua ink. I didn't take it all the way down to the bottom of the card stock as I knew I wanted to color in some grass. I used a couple of green Copic markers to make my own grass.

Once this panel was done, I took the largest die from the Rounded Rectangles die set and die cut the panel. I stamped my sentiment which is from the Happy Happy Day set and then decided my card needed just a little something else. I decided to stamp the heart cluster image a couple of times with black ink and then I quickly colored in the hearts with a red Copic marker.

I added foam tape to the back of this panel and then popped it up onto my white notecard which measures approximately 4x4 square.

I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for your visit and crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
