2 Slimline Halloween Foiled Cards

Wednesday, October 4, 2023

Hi friends and welcome back. I have two different slimline cards for you today using lots of fun Halloween goodies from Whimsy Stamps.

For my first card, I started by taking one of the panels from the Slimline Terror 2 toner card front packs and I foiled it with purple DecoFoil and my Minc machine. I trimmed it down and added it to a white slimline card base.

I then took the Eek Word and Shadow die set and die cut it from both regular and black glitter card stock. I added it towards the top of my card. I then took out the Spiders and Webs die set and die cut two spiders from it from the same black glitter card stock. I also die cut one of the webs from it from some purple glitter card stock. I added those to the card and that finishes card #1.

For my second card, I took a different panel from the Slimline Terror 2 toner card front pack and this time, I foiled it with Sparkling Silver foil from Gina K. I then took a couple shades of Distress inks and blended over top of the foiling. I trimmed the panel down a bit and added it to a piece of black card stock. I then added all of this to a white slimline notecard.

I then took one of the dies from the Peeking Ghosts die set and die cut it from some purple card stock. I added a piece of black card stock behind its face area. I added this to the bottom corner of the card and then finished off the card by adding in a stamped sentiment which is from the ATC Autumn Ghosts set.

I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for your visit and crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
