Whimsy Stamps New Release & 2 Peeking Ghosts Cards

Tuesday, September 20, 2022

Hi friends and welcome back to my blog. I have two different projects to share with you today, both using the new Peeking Ghosts die set from the latest release at Whimsy Stamps that just went live today.

For my first cards, I started by taking one of the new toner panels from the Slimline Terror 1 toner pack and foiled it using the Amber Watercolor foil from DecoFoil. I love the variegated look the foil has. I then cut the panel in half and added them to grey note cards.

I then took the Peeking Ghosts die set and die cut both of them from white card stock two times each. I added some grey card stock right behind the face and then added the ghosts to the cards. I finished off the cards by stamping sentiments which are from the ATC Autumn Ghosts set.

For my next project, I started by trimming down a piece of patterned paper from the Haunted Graveyards 6x6 paper collection and I added it to a white A2 notecard. I then took one of the ghosts from the Peeking Ghosts die set and die cut it two times from white card stock. For this ghost, I added lots of my Aqua Shimmer pen from Tonic Studios.

I finished off the card by adding in a die cut sentiment which is from the Boo die set, previously released. I die cut it from some purple glitter foam from Spellbinders. I love the dimension this adds and that it's quick and easy to use.

Here is some inspiration from the rest of the team.

These are great, Alanna. Nice and spooky. The amber colored foil is terrific, too. I really like these cards! Hope you had fun (?) watching the Broncos. They have some work cut out for them, don't they? Hope they can pull it all together soon!
