2 Boho Cards and a New Release

Monday, August 1, 2022

Hi friends and welcome back. I have 2 cards on my blog today using new stamps and dies from the latest release at Whimsy Stamps that just hit the store today.

For my first card, i started by die cutting a piece of patterned paper from the Rainbow paper pack with the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangles die set. I then added it to a white A2 notecard. I took a couple of the sentiments from the new Boho Alphabet set and stamped them directly onto the patterned paper with black ink.

I then took the new Boho Moon die and die cut it 2 times from white card stock and then once from some white glitter card stock. I adhered all the die cuts together for a stacked look and then added it to my card.

For my second card, I started by taking several of the dies from the new Boho Basic Stitches die set and die cut them from some white card stock. These dies don't actually cut but just leave fun stitching detail.

I then took the same Boho Alphabet set and stamped directly onto my white card stock. I die cut the Boho Moon die 3 times, two times from white card stock and once from some silver glitter card stock. I mounted everything onto an aqua colored A2 card base and that completes card #2.

Here is some additional inspiration from the team.

I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for your visit and crafty hugs! ~ Alanna

Nicely done! I like the rainbow paper on the first one, gives it a galaxy feel to me. I like the glittery moon in the second one. :)
