Spellbinders December 2021 Glimmer Club Inspiration - 2 Cards

Thursday, December 2, 2021

Hi friends and welcome back. I am happy to share with you today 2 cards featuring the awesome new December 2021 Glimmer Plate club kit from Spellbinders. This month's club kit has an amazing wreath that has a coordinating die to cut it out along with some fun sentiments and other fun plates.

For my first card, I started by foiling a piece of this card stock with red foil using the Brushstrokes and Stripes glimmer plate set. I love this glimmer plate set so much. It might just be my favorite. I love that you can use all the plates together, as I have here, or just use some of them individually.

After the panel was foiled, I die cut it using the largest die from the Nestabilities Essentials Label die set.

I then took the wreath glimmer plate from the December 2021 glimmer kit and foiled it using gold foil. I took the coordinating die and cut it out and then cut the wreath out two more times using the die so I could added my die cuts together for dimension. I added the wreath to my card and then added in some red pearls for some berries.

I finished off the card by adding in a foiled sentiment which is included in the December 2021 kit. It has a coordinating die to cut it out which is awesome.

For my second card, I took the same Brushstrokes and Stripes glimmer plate set but this time I foiled it onto some red card stock. I then die cut it out using a die from the Fluted Classics Ovals die set. I added the oval to a kraft A2 card base.

I then foiled the wreath from the December 2021 glimmer club kit with green foil and as I did on the first card, die cut the wreath two more times for added dimension. I added it to my card and foiled the other sentiment that is included in the kit.
