Spellbinders November 2021 Glimmer Club Kit Inspiration

Tuesday, November 2, 2021

Hi friends. I have two projects to share with you today featuring the gorgeous November 2021 glimmer hot foil kit from Spellbinders. And what is super cool is that the November 2021 stamp of the month works perfectly with the glimmer kit and I will be showcasing the two kits together on my second card.

For my first card, I started by glimmering two of the plates together with red foil onto this card stock. I then trimmed right up to the foil and added my foiled background to a red notecard. I also foiled a sentiment which is from the Holiday Sentiments Series 2 glimmer plate collection. I then used the die that is in the set to trim it out.

I then die cut the Layered Poinsettia die. I added some veining to the leaves and then spritzed it with some Mica Spray Stain from Tim Holtz. I finished off the center of the poinsettia with some gold pearls and added in a leaf and this card is complete.

For my second card, I glimmered two of the plates together from the November 2021 glimmer hot foil kit, this time with the Cobalt Blue foil. I then left space for one of the stamps from the kit and then glimmered one of the plates again. I used this same card stock that I did on my first card. After my foiling was done, I trimmed down my panel and then used the November 2021 stamp of the month and stamped the snowflake border along with the Merry Christmas sentiment with some silver ink onto the foiled background.

I didn't have to do any manipulating of the stamps. The curves are already perfect and made to work with the curves of the glimmer plates. I added my panel to a navy A2 notecard and this card is complete.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you are doing well. Crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
