Hi friends. I have 3 cards to share with you today using the some new products from the Christmas Traditions collection at Spellbinders. I fell in love with the glimmer plates in this collection and if you love to foil, I think you will too.
For my first card, I started with the Holiday Florals Background Glimmer Hot Foil Plate and foiled it onto some red card stock just one time. I then took the Holiday Florals Glimmer Hot Foil Plate and Die Set and foiled the poinsettias and leaves. I then took the coordinating dies that are included and die cut them out.
I then took my foiled background and foiled my sentiment onto it which is from the Holiday Florals Background Glimmer Hot Foil Plate. I then added my background to a gold mirror notecard. I added my die cut elements to the top, some with foam tape and some with liquid glue and this card is complete.
For my second card, I took the same Holiday Florals Background Glimmer Hot Foil Plate and glimmered it with some red foil two times onto this card stock (the best white card stock for foiling). I then foiled the same Holiday Florals Glimmer Hot Foil Plate and Die Set onto some red and green card stocks and then die cut them out. I foiled the same sentiment onto red card stock and trimmed it close. I added it to my card and my second card is complete.
My last card is a completely different look with no foiling. I started by taking a piece of patterned paper from the new Christmas Traditions collection and trimmed it down to 4x4. I added it to a navy note card that was trimmed down to 4.25 x 4.25 inches.
I then took the Through the Woods die set and cut several of the different pieces with different colors of card stock. I love all the scene building pieces in this set. And of course it is all framed up very nicely with the Merry Christmas circle frame.
