3 more fun Halloween Cards

Monday, August 24, 2020

Hello friends. I have 3 more Halloween cards to share with you using a few of the new products that were just released last week from Whimsy Stamps.

For my first card, I started by stamping the images from the new Nature's Skeleton set onto a piece of white card stock that I had die cut using the largest die from the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles die collection.

I then took some of the ghost dies from the Boo die collection and die cut them from fun foam so I could turn these dies into stamps. I stamped my handmade stamps with black ink. I finished off the card by die cutting the older Happy Halloween Word die die 2 times from purple card stock.

For my second card, I started by die cutting the outer scalloped rectangle from the new Slimline Scallop Peekaboo 1 die. I die cut it 3 times and adhered the layers together.

I then stamped the images from the Nature's Skeleton set onto it. I followed this by stamping the fun spiders from last year's Fuzzy Spiders set.

I finished off the card by stamping the sentiment which is from the same Fuzzy Spiders set and adding my stamped panel to a grey card base.

For my third card, I once again used the Nature's Skeleton set and stamped the images onto a piece of white card stock that I had die cut using the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangles die collection.

I then stamped a few of the spiders and spiderwebs from the Fuzzy Spiders set that I used in my 2nd card.

I die cut the Boo die from the new Boo die collection 3 times, once out of black card stock and twice out of grey card stock. I figured out where I wanted to place this and then I stamped the supporting sentiment which is from the Going Batty set released last year.

I added the boo die cuts, offsetting them slightly for a shadow effect.

And there you have it, 3 fun Halloween cards that were super easy to put together. And I just love how everything pairs so nicely with the Halloween products that were released last year from Whimsy Stamps.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Best wishes to you and crafty hugs! ~ Alanna
