Hi friends. I hope you are all doing well. I have 2 cards to share with you today, using products from Whimsy Stamps.
For my first card, I started by working on the beautiful die cut flower. I took the Poppy Flower die set and die cut it a few times. I added a bit of depth to the petals by adding just a touch of ink to the outer portions. I also curled the petals and leaves up a bit with my thumb.
I then took one of the patterned papers from the Eggstra Bunnies 6x6 paper collection and die cut it using the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangles die collection.
I stamped my sentiment which is from the Hoppy Spring set directly onto the paper and then adhered my flower. I finished off the flower with a few black gems from my stash.
For my second card, I took the gorgeous Sympathy So Deeply Sorry set and stamped the floral image two times, leaving space for my sentiment. I colored the images with my Copic markers and then stamped the sentiment which is from the Mother Love set (I'm sorry - it's retired). I then die cut this panel with the largest die from the Rounded Rectangles die collection and popped it onto my card base with foam tape.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you've been inspired. Crafty hugs! ~ Alanna

Oh Alanna! These cards are beautiful. Each is unique, but oh so pretty. The texture and dimension on the first flower is wonderful and I really like that happy paper! The details you added sure helped it pop. The second card is colored beautifully. The flower images are just lovely and the sentiment is wonderful. Thanks SO much for sharing. Hugs!
