Hi friends. I'm back today sharing another card made with new stamps from the November release at Whimsy Stamps.
For today's card, I am using the super cute Santa and Stockings set. When I first saw the set, I was immediately drawn to the garland swag image and thought it would be fun to stamp and color it repeatedly down my card panel.
I stamped it 4 times with the help of my Misti so it would stay in the same spot going left to right. I made sure to leave room for my sentiment.
After my images were stamped, I colored them out rather simply with some Copic markers. I then stamped the sentiment which is from the Dash Away set and is actually two different stamps.
I trimmed my stamped panel down some and knew I wanted to add a pop of color to the sides. I couldn't find any teal card stock that matched my bows quite right so I took one of the Copic markers I used on the bow and colored just the edges of a white piece of card stock.
And although you can't see it, I finished off the card with my Tonic Aqua Shimmer Pen on my bows.
