31 Nights of Halloween for Whimsy Stamps

Thursday, October 25, 2018

Hi friends. Have you seen the 31 Nights of Halloween event that is going on over at the Whimsy Blog? I'm here for day 25. All products are linked at the end of this post. There are also directions at the bottom of my post on how to enter to win some great prizes.

For my card today, I am using the super adorable Halloweeners stamp set. I started out by heat embossing 3 of the darling images with white embossing powder. I then heat embossed a sentiment that coordinates with each of the images.

After my heat embossing was all done, I built up my background using 3 colors of Distress Inks.  I started by blending on a base layer of Blueprint Sketch. I then added in some Chipped Sapphire and then finally added some Black Soot to the edges.

I popped my panel up with some foam tape and this CAS Halloween card is done. I hope you've enjoyed my card today and got inspired.
