For my card, I started by stamping the large and fun HB2U image from the Whole Shebang several times on my card panel. I then die cut a tag from the Tag Buddies Fri-dies set and stamped 6 of the envelopes, with a bit of masking, which are from the Happy Mail stamp set (retiring and is currently on a great sale).
I popped the tag up with foam tape, added some sparkly silver glitter paper and enamel dots.
