I needed a sympathy card awhile back and didn't have much time. So this one layer CAS card was born. I used the gorgeous Thoughts & Prayers stamp set from Mint Owl Studio for my card. I love the sentiments in the set. I added some score lines on two of the corners along with a rounded corner.
What I need to do is make several of these to have on hand so that when I do need a sympathy card, I am not late on sending one.
This is a lovely sympathy card, Alanna. I really like the detail with the embossed corners. The font in the sentiment is lovely and the little images stamped are well suited to a sympathy card. Very well done!

It's beautiful! I agree about needing more and more sympathy cards. And I find them the hardest to make in a hurry - I'm just not in the mood to stamp usually when I've lost a dear friend. So, I also have taken to making some ahead of time.
